As of January 2025, the McMullen County Courthouse will have a limited # of The Progress Newspapers available for sale. The cost is $1.00 one dollar. They are located in the hallway.

3/3/2026 All Courthouse Offices will be CLOSED on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 with exception to the Election Office and Staff. Joint Primary Election Day will be open from 7am-7pm at all designated polling locations.
3/10-12/26 JP office will be closed for staff training, normal office hours will resume on Friday, March 13, 2026
